Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?:
No previous Admin experience other then being a high rank in clans.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?:
Anywhere from the afternoon to late to midnight moderation on the HG Gaming server (so much RDM and other things.)

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?:
I'm nice, I spend most of my Gmod time on the TTT server, I've met many members of the Harpoon gaming community, I've seen how other officials moderate the server, I'm aware of the responsibilities that are given when becoming a moderator, I'm used to the wide variety of characters/members on the Harpoon Gaming TTT server and how they act, Very calm, I don't use profanity, and I have a clean record on the server.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?:
Anywhere from 1-12 hours per day (even more time on weekends.), Primarily at night.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?:
Time, being available when needed, not being AFK. That's all I've really noticed.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?:
I feel like I should be a member because I spend a lot of my free time on the HG TTT server (pretty much the only server I play on) and I'm available almost all the time in the afternoon. I'm also capable of moderating the server late at night when RDM, Disrespect, T baiting and other untolerable acts run rampant. I feel like contributing from the afternoon to late at night would most likely be my best skill/contribution for the server but I'm also available any time. I'm almost never AFK unless my family needs me etc...

Some extra things:
I do understand how important this role is. I understand that mistakes cannot be made on my behalf, especially when you're an authoritarian figure.

It should be noted that I was banned for a while on the server due to RDM and Ghosting (issue was resolved.) Although it was only a brief period of time, It made me realize the power of being able to ban others, and being able to call out right from wrong. Being able to wield such power takes a very calm and reasonable individual, who has to be able to abide by the rules and take personal matters aside.

I do believe that I'm qualified to fill this position after the fact. Just watch how I interact with others in-game and on the forums with upmost respect when I'm being formal. I can also be a loose cannon too (In a good way), just ask some of the members I play with. I've noticed that the best quality of successful leaders in anything is to be firm, but not too strict. I definitely have this quality. Other then the unfortunate incident I had recently (which I took as a learning experience), I've followed the rules of the server almost seamlessly.
