Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I was an admin on an Arma 3 server called Optimum Gaming.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I can bring a few new ideas to the server to make the experience of players more fun. For example, we should make it a rule to have most of the voice chat to be about trading and not about random conversations. Those random conversations should stick to chat.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I think I would be a good staff member because I am friendly and fair. You always need to hear both sides of the story before you make any judgement.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
I spnd about 1-5 hours a day on the Harpoon Gaming All-Trade servers.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I think the staff is doing an excellent job at making everyone follow the rules. Without rules, people will be doing whatever they want. The staff is enforcing these rules and making everyone play fairly.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I honestly think that the staff is very strong already, and needs little to no improvement. They are getting teh job done and enforcing the rules among the players.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I want to be a staff member because I want to help the harpoon Gaming Trade servers. I think that the servers have a lot of potential to grow and i can help that happen. I can enforce the rules just like all the rest of the staff are doing as well as add my suggestions in.

Yes, I am ready to act as a middleman for events and trades.
