Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
While I do not have previous admin experience, I am a regular on the server and have observed how all of the admins and mods work. I know how to middleman if needed and could handle the responsibilities of a moderator.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I would like to help with middlemanning spycrabs or heavy boxes and would like to help newer players become familiar with the currency of TF2 and help them with trading. I would do my best to bring new players to Harpoon everyday, and show them what a great community it is. I think that the key to a successful expansion is to recruit new players and staff and spread your name by word of mouth.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I would be a good staff member because i am honest, respectful, and kind. I know what it is like to be scammed or almost scammed and i would work hard to make sure players are treated fairly and with respect, and would make sure no scamming would go on under my watch. I am a regular on Harpoon and know almost everyone, I think it is time for me to take the next step in my TF2 passion and would really like to give back to the Harpoon community.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
I can spend 3 hours per day on week days and 5 to 6 on week ends.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I think the current staff is doing a lot right. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect, and that is partially why I come to Harpoon all the time. I think the staff is doing a great job expanding Harpoon's influence. I also think that everyone is just really fun to hang out and joke around with, and the server is clean of scammers and people who come just to ruin games.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I honestly cannot think of any criticisms of the staff, they are doing a great job.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I want to become a staff member because I really want to give back to the Harpoon community with what skills I have. I would choose to be a staff member on Harpoon over any other servers because I really respect everyone who works for Harpoon.

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
Yes, I can act as a middleman.

Hi my name is Max and I love TF2. I go by Chuck Norris because I am a huge fan of him. I know he is a terrible actor but he is still boss. I have been playing TF2 for a while now. I play baseball for my high school team. Finally, while i only have 5 posts or so on the new forums, i had over 50 on the old forums and i am working to get that number back up again. Thank you for considering my application.
