Your last appeal was denied two days ago; I believe it's far too early for you to appeal. Have you repaid the individual to whom you owe 15 keys?

Ultimately, your behavior regarding this appeal and your initial ban reason have left me no choice but to decline this. You have insulted nearly everyone involved in your appeal, calling them a variety of insults and profanities.

Beyond that, as far as your behavior as it directly relates to your ban:

• You deny being an alternative account of the 'main' account in question, to prove that you are not, you went on to that account. Even if you were different individuals, you have access to the account, which poses the same problem as being an alternative account.
• You failed to repay an individual to whom you owed keys, you mocked them, telling them what would they do, get you marked?, and once that was brought up, you tried to repeatedly give reasons that you could not pay them. Only after much cajoling did you finally do so, and even now, you say that you didn't have to, that you owed them nothing.
  
• Quite honestly, you have shown no remorse for the things you did do, no sympathy for the people you scammed, and you've tried incessantly to use the excuse that everything is someone else's fault.

If that wasn't enough, you've repeatedly lied during your appeal, and have behaved in a manner that has prevented any benefit of the doubt from being given to you. You've accused admins, victims, and others of being racists or people who have some sort of grudge against you. Your appeal would have been far better off if you had focused on answering questions honestly and repaying the victims. Your endless lying, insults, and excuses prevented us from actually being able to trust your replies.
