Tell us why you should be a staff member
I have spent a lot of time on the servers and I enjoy meeting all the new people and love how friendly the community is, and I want to help keep it that way.
I have also attempted to run the community board which I believed failed for reasons out of my control and I still want to contribute more to the community helping out on running events, moderation and I'm very keen to get into more of the behind the scenes with the community. I feel now is the right time to take the step up to staff as I am settled into my gap year and have made plenty of time to spend on this community.

Mainly I want to become staff to organize more events, maintain the welcoming community feel and most importantly learn new things about the community and take on some responsibility.
