I've run my own servers for a year and own two servers currently.

What ideas or skill can you provide for the benefit of HG?
I frequent the server very commonly and can be on at early hours, late hours and anything inbetween.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I have heavy experience in server administration since I myself own servers that I run.

How much time do you think you can spend on forums/servers per day?
Normally around 6 - 8 hours

What do you think the current All-Trade staff are doing right?
They are watching the servers and keeping the peace on the mic when necessary.

What do you think the All-Trade Staff, or Harpoon in general, could work on at this point in time?
More constant moderation and a way to make the unusual server populated.
