I was banned and marked as a scammer on Harpoon Gaming due to " Attempted Scam using a Fake Middleman." This claim is ludicrous and has absolutely no evidence to back it up.

Please provide any and all evidence
A steam user who went by the name of [SR] Jarvan was accused of pretending to be a SteamRep middleman. Whether or not that is true is none of my concern. Where I come in is that I was banned because I was supposedly accused of helping in some way. There is literally no evidence to back up this absurd claim. The evidence posted in my ban is a screenshot of a chat with [SR] Jarvan. Anything that [SR] Jarvan could have possibly said should have no weight on the accusation that I am a scammer. My own words and actions should be the only thing held against me. Even if the chat was to be a credible source for an accusation, there is literally no evidence that I took part in any scamming that may have happened. [SR] Jarvan claiming to be a middleman should not mean I get banned for absolutely nothing. I hope I have made a good case and hope that no feelings were hurt. It is not my intention to express any form of disrespect to any officials on your site and I hold no ill-will to any members of Harpoon Gaming.

Actually, yes. After my ban I spent 393 hours on Dirty Bomb, 160 hours on Dark Souls 2, 360 hours on Payday 2, and 100+ hours in other games. I quit playing tf2 for a while. This inactivity in tf2 had nothing to do with my ban. Many times I will only play games my friends are playing.
Again, I would like to stress that I hold no ill-will to any Harpoon Gaming admins. I fully understand that you were just trying to keep scammers out of tf2.

 

Jarvandan is the user who did wrong. I am not defending him and believe he deserves his ban. My ban seems to be misplaced. I had no involvement with his wrong doings.
P.S. I was recently accepted into Rowan University so I may be late to answering some questions you have.
