Do you have a mic and do you use it?
Yes, I do.

Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I have admin experience on 1 Rust server (War of Ignorance) in which I still hold my rank.
I also host and administer servers upon request of friends.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I can fill in 3 out of the 4 common "Hell zones" because I'm always on.
I'm always available on the weekends (seriously any time)
I also have experience with all types of instances where a rule is being broken! (Micspam, Scam, Racisim, etc)
I also know stuff about servers and I can answer most server related questions if anyone is asking.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I can handle being called names and racial slurs. Also I never kick mute or ban with out a legitimate reason.
I know what topics are sensitive and should not be talked about on HG and tf2 servers in general.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
On week days around 10 hours and on weekends around 15 hours.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
They are doing right with some people who tend to slip past the ban hammer (I don't want to list any names). Also all the admins are respectful and never mean to anyone.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?

There are moments called "Hell zones" where bad things slip in and there are no staff to handle it.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I feel like I am ready to be staff and I feel ready to lead. I also feel I'm ready to be a part of a great tf2 community that I believe is the most civilized community I've ever been a part in.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?
As of before my Application was declined. This time I can assure you that my servers would never interfere with my duties. I currently do not run any servers, but keep in mind I have ran servers before. If you have any questions about the subject please ask.
