Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
Unfortunately, I have no prior admin experiences. However, I'm hoping for this to be my first experience as a moderator.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I bring various different skills in. One of them being that I can almost never get pissed at anything ingame or in mumble, I try to keep my cool as much as I can, and that helps me to handle situations like ignorant people constantly trying to go against what you say. I can handle issues pretty quickly, any case of a spycrab runner, or a spammer, or even a hacker, I can be fast in making a smart decision. My typing is rarely ever illegible. Grammar and spelling is never a problem for me, so 95% of the time people know what I'm trying to say. My primary goal is to make HG a safe, and fun place for everyone to go on. On several occasions, I have helped people with spycrab runners, scamming attempts, and sometimes I can even talk a scammer into not scamming anymore. I can also come up with suggestions on how to improve the servers in the future, if needed.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I believe that I would be a good staff member because I'm (usually) a very calm, helpful person, being strict, yet not mean on explaining to others the rules. I know of all different kinds of scamming methods, phishing attempts, and any kinds of other shady types of business, primarily because it's happened to me before. Also, I mostly spend my time around the staff, catching onto what they say, and quickly learning the essentials of HG. I have a very unusual sleep schedule, I might be around early in the morning, picking off any goofs who think they can be sneaky and misbehave. I like to interact with other people on the server, and I do my best, as I said above, to keep the community clean, and fun for all the players.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
I can usually spend an hour or two on weekdays, given that my schedule is so annoyingly busy in the winter, but in the Spring, I can probably get to about 3-4 per day. I'm always on the forums, checking for anything new, whether it's during school hours, or at 12:00 AM.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
What I think the staff is doing right is the fact that they're so tolerant when it comes to handling problems and issues. I admire that, because when I go join other servers, admins tend to get a bit outta control, and do things they shouldn't do such as unnecessary kicks and bans or just plainly abusing the server. But the staff here at HG handle problems with care, and don't randomly issue kicks or bans without a valid reason. They do their best to ensure the best for everyone, and they are kind and understanding, and are willing to help you if you need help.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
As a whole, I think Harpoon Gaming can work on a few fields. From my point of view, during what I call "HG's Hell Hours," which tends to be from 8 PM to 3 AM, where most players like to misbehave and take advantage of the absence of a staff member, who usually don't come until they are asked to. I am aware that people have personal lives and everything, but from what I can see, the most staff absence tends to be around that time. Other than that, I think that the staff is doing a great job at what they do, there isn't much to say more.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I want to be a member of the staff because as I said a few times above, I want EVERYONE to have a great time in HG. The fact that people have to get scammed, cheated on in spycrabs. The fact that people discriminated/made fun of because of their age, voice, race, or nationality truly upsets me, and what upsets me more is that they can sometimes get away with it. I'm also fond of the idea of helping in events such as Runmanns and Mass Server Spycrabs. I want to make a difference here, and have people feel comfortable and get the fun time that they deserve in HG.

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
As I am aware that moderators cannot middleman, I'm willing to learn the basics about it.

My schedule is busy in the Winter, yet I will still reserve time for HG
I usually put personal affairs before HG (still doesn't mean I won't reserve time for HG)
I will never put someone in a state where they feel emotionally stressed
I have no tolerance for racism. I dislike it very much.
