    Hello All!

    We'll be doing a live video Ask Me Anything for Harpoon! Feel free to ask any questions about Harpoon, our servers, policies, bans, reports, appeals or affiliations. Stuff regarding trading, sharking, scamming or etc is fine too. We're open to almost any question, please use common sense when asking.

    Things we won't answer:
    • Threats
    • Immensely Personal questions (regarding physical address, private information or immensely inappropriate)
    • Questions meant to insult or troll
    • Other: Basically if we believe it may not be appropriate, we may not end up responding to it.

    The questions submitted here, will be reviewed and may make it into the AMA that will be happening soon. Most likely, Saturday August 15. The questions will be answered by myself, and some other staff members, we're not exactly sure who will appear in the AMA yet.

    Here's how it works:
    1. You can submit questions here.
    2. They'll get reviewed and answered in the live video AMA.
    3. During the actual AMA, you can always ask a question, we may not have time, but we'll try. This thread just allows us to review and answer more questions.
    4. If your question gets answered, we'll give you a little prize as a thank you.

    When you make an appeal, what are the chances of getting unbanned? Quite a bit of people asked me about that before. So if you guys can mention it on the video, it would be quite helpful.

    The Harpoon group has many servers in TF2 and Gmod. But will Harpoon be getting other servers in other games or more servers in TF2 and Gmod?

    What kind of growth do you think would be best for harpoon gaming? A rapid growth from advertising or a slower more natural growth as more people find the community?
    On average how many people do we see come on the servers daily?
    How many regulars do we have?
    Will there be a server rules update anytime soon? The gmod servers's !motd rules is a bit out of date.

    In the process of making this server, what were the most successful times?
    Have you ever thought of making a community this big and successful?
    What is your favorite part about being a server owner?
    Will Harpoon Gaming ever make a raffle group?
    Has it ever came to you to make any other servers, other than Team Fortress 2 or Garry's Mod and perhaps Left 4 Dead 2?
    Is owning a server hard and challenging at some times? Is so, please share.
    Do you think that the server overall is doing well as you expected?
    Will you ever retire from being the server owner?

    These are some questions I have been saving in my mind for a while, I am really happy I didn't forget them.

    1.) Will you get rid of the matter transfer T weapon on the TTT server(It's ridiculously OP)?
    2.) What're the guidelines for banning people on TTT? Like for continuous mic spam, do you ban for 1-3 days or longer/permanently?
    3.) Is there a possibility for a second Gmod server? Maybe Murder or Jailbreak?
    4.) Is there a dodge ball server? Under the general application there's a checkbox for it. Is that a mistake?
    5.) How does one be a master trader?
    6.) Will change the default map for the TTT server to ANYTHING, but Minecraft?
    7.) ???I'll probably think of more questions to ask???

    Seems to be a L4D2 server connected to sourcebans. Though not indicated on the serverlist.
