There is nothing factually inaccurate about this ban. You were involved with those actions. You encouraged and reinforced those insults and did nothing to stop them, only encouraging the worst offenders to continue.

 

You started the wave of insults that faced Adrian, you encouraged them to continue and you facilitated them. The ban states you were involved with that incident and you were. I'm sorry that you have difficulties seeing that, but your ban won't be changed because you think it's incorrect.

No one here supports your actions to insult Adrian, nor do we support how far it escalated partly because of your actions.

 

There's multiple points where Potato is merely adding on to your insults and then you encourage or reinforce them. He initially starts insulting Adrian because you are.

You can try to spin this however you want, but there's clear points where he adds on to your insults, where you add on to his, where you and he reiterate the other's and that is something I hold you responsible for. When Potato calls Adrian, a '******' and a 'jew', you add in "Yeah, and an orphan". Yeah is an affirmative notion, you're confirming what he said. He then builds off of it and says "a ****** jew orphan" and you then say "Worth the ban". Perhaps in your own world you're absolved of guilt but no one here thinks you weren't part of it.

All you had to do is literally apologize and you would have been unbanned. Instead you refused, you claimed being called an orphan is not an insult, you said Adrian doesn't have the right to be upset, that since you didn't say everything you're not at blame at all, and moreover, you blamed Adrian for all of this. You had the audacity to sit there and blame someone you were harassing that it was his fault since he was the one offended.

Perhaps you need to take a serious look at yourself. There's clearly some sort of egotistical complex going on where you would rather try to use alts, and fight over semantics of a ban reason than just apologize. Where you have this inability to admit fault, where it's definitely due, and that you just merely can't admit or see what everyone else around you sees.

 

No, you actually didn't apologize in the chat with me. You said he laughed so it didn't matter. You think you're always right. And I did not say I wouldn't take an appeal, but when you said that there was no point in having a conversation, then I said then I won't have to hear an appeal.

Your ban reason isn't going to be changed. You can argue semantics all you want, but I've seen the chats you had with people. You did not apologize, you did refuse to, you did blame Adrian, you did say you were just going to join the server on an alt, you have repeatedly lied throughout this thread.

I see no reason to continue when you intend to just continuously lie to me.
