Heh, jk. I think you just need common sense and a deal of authority when you do things like moderate or administrate.

 

I honestly believe that there are a lot of expectations of staff,moderator, helper. I will put some of the really important ones in point form.

• To be enthusiastic, caring, understanding towards others.
• To be involed with the community as much as you can to show that you do care.
• To discuss issues with the community.
• Always to respect a staff member, either you like it or not.
• To be courteous and polite towards others.
• To deal with all players and try the best you can to resolve the problems they face.
• To support others when the need help or support.
• To have a polite attitude.
• To portray a professional image in front of the community and users.
• To behave in a rational, non-aggressive, non-threatening manners to others. This is a must
• To understand and appreciate the roles and responsibilities.

There are just many more but a person can only do much, I would say focus on these things.
