All i did was stick up for her i did not mean to disrespect anyone/anystaff at that time all i wanted to do was make sure they knew what they did. Please provide any and all evidence Please add any miscellaneous information we should know Is there any private information you wish to provide?
As a matter of record, I shot Tae for walking over an unID body, after I watched her walk over it, I ID'd it, found it was an innocent body, and then proceeded to carry out a KoS for that reason. Tae found this to be RDM and reported me. The admins at the time found it was not, and closed the report. Unfortunately, then I was accused of not being slayed since I was the Owner. I informed Tae that if she found that our server is abusive and corrupt that she did not have to play on it. I want to point out, I did not ban her at this point, my words were literally meant to mean that she had the choice not to play on our server if she felt that it was poor. In any event, she took this as she was to be banned, which I understand the reasoning behind. You then started yelling and insulting me in server, telling me I was abusive and the like. I told you to watch the death scene, you refused and continued to yell and berate me. I then opted to kick you for such. After further discussion, you were banned. In the past you have been warned by various staff members regarding ghosting, RDM, and other incidents involving Tae. I don't hold anything against you for this incident, but I do think it's important that to state that while defending a personal friend while a noble gesture, is not really applicable in a video game based around lying, deceit, and shooting people. I understand that if someone insults her, you feel the need to step up, and you're within your right to do so. But being shot in a video game doesn't require you to carry out revenge. Our rules recognize that as revenge RDM and ghosting. Here's the incident in question for you to watch:
After further discussion with you, I've opted to grant your appeal. Please be mindful of the rules, and the staff.
