Can anyone help me?

    Hello. I am CHILLSTEP and I love playing team fortress 2. I have played it for about 7 months now and it's been a great game. But i have a problem with the game. Ever since i have played team fortress 2, I cannot see my sheen if I have a professional killstreak or specialized killstreak weapon. I can't see other people's weapon sheens and that really bugs me. :( I also can't see my weapon have a glowing effect when I can have crits at winning the game in the end or even use crit o cola. I have tried to fix this for months and I still haven't figured it out. If anyone knows how to fix this or have any suggestions, Please leave a comment. Thank you.

    Try changing the DirectX level. The same happened to me a while ago :)

    go to console and type something along the lines of "mat_dxlevel 91"

    I know this seems like a time consuming thing, but try uninstalling then reinstalling TF2. There might be a corrupt file.
