Google Wallet for Items?

    Well,due to the "Capital Controls" in Greece,I Can't put up Money on Steam.
    At All.
    So,Basically I'm Stranded.
    I tried searching about Steam Gift Cards,but those don't exist apparently here in Greece.

    Anyone knows a Site that Accepts Google Wallet (Currently the only way i can have money on is that.) for TF2 Items?
    I tried marketplace.tf but they aren't accepting anymore?...

    Paypal requires Credit card.

    And i'm not 18 for that,Plus the fact that All banks are Closed from transferring money outside Greece.

    You don't need a credit card for Paypal. Though it is a pain to use it without one, especially if you don't confirm your identity with a license or something.

    I'm just going to say, you're screwed
