    1. My current computer (a laptop) couldn't handle it

    I've never been into the GTA series. So I could care less about this game. If someone gives it to me, I'll play it. If not, oh well.

    Something like this happened to me for GTA IV I had to make like a windows live account or something, it worked for my GTA IV maybe it will work for V
