I was Perma Banned for "Ghosting".

Please provide any and all evidence
I was playing my favorite server and actually having a fantastic time until i had killed a player "Kotar" and then just as i was finishing up the process of the Report i was Perma banned by Are you sure? for ghosting...

Please add any miscellaneous information we should know
Yes... i guess Kotar killed my friend 2k_Knight before i had killed Kotar. 2k-Knight JOINS my games i play when i play Gmod. he lives in New York and i live in North Fort Myers, Florida. i have not Contacted this friend for over 3 weeks. i was in no way shape or form able to contact him while playing that game cause ive got no mic, no skype, no facebook, or social media. This bann should be considered an honest screw up by the GM at the time. i do not hate anyone for the ban or consideration at this "Ghosting".

We were playing on the "Terrorist town" and he had shot behind me and Kotar was the first one to round the corner when i was going to inspect what was happening, and i shot him out of fear (RDM, i would have taken the punishment gladly ). there was a report but i had taken too much time to answer to it and they figured me and 2k-Knight were ghosting, even though ive got no way to contact him other than through the game.
