Read Me New type of Scam / Promotion Scam

Hey everyone. Id just like to quickly inform you all of a recent scam I have been seeing a lot.
The idea of the scam is that a bot will add you, and say something along the lines of:
"hey I see you play tf2, i have a deal can we discuss?"
To which if you respond anything they will say " Can you promote my website and i will pay you weekly?
If you proceed with talking to them, you will see them ask you to add links to your profile, and steam name.
PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS!
These are phishing links designing to gather your information. Id ask everyone who receives one of these friend requests to check the profile of the person adding you first ALWAYS!
They will usually have a few clues on the profile that this is the type of bot you are being added by.
