Addressed Bug Report: Custom Report Broken

    Please describe your suggestion or bug report
    Perma-Donators (and likely also regular donators) cannot use the custom report options of the !calladmin command. When asked to describe the problem, the report will be submitted as a regular chat message instead of sending it out as report.

    I noticed this on multiple occasions now when I tried to use the custom option. I did not have this issue prior to buying Perma-Donator.

    I started noticing this after I bought perms-donator. I've avoided using custom report since it was broken last I checked but I'll have a look at it the next time an opportunity for it comes around.
    I've notified Charlie about this on discord like 2 weeks ago so he should know about this issue.

    Just tested it again on All-Trade 3. Still not working

    This appears to be an error between the chat plugin and Call Admin. Unfortunately, we do not maintain either. I'll see if we can alert someone to have it reviewed, but it is mainly out of our control.
