So for the past couple months I've been basing my whole trading path around Steam trading cards. I've gotten my first 2 unusuals JUST with trading cards (60 keys in total). But lately its been falling flat. Some say its because kids have finals so that's why many people aren't on, which is a pretty good reason to consider. Is there something else I can get into.? I want to keep it small because I don't like to trade lots of keys for an item unless I have really good confidence in it. Something along the lines of buying craft hats but not that. Any ideas would be helpful :3
buy/resell craft hats one of the most fool proof ways to make profits or start buying spells and resell them
Well see. I was trying to get into spells like Voices and below and such just to start out small. And I actually did have some success of buying all cosmetics 30% off. I never got a single trade for any spelled hats with voices and never found any for base price so I basically just rely on cards cause most people dont know what theyre used for and will trade them
never under any circumstances buy spell items that only have voice from below they will give you a hard time. only buy it if it comes with another spell or just focus on spell paints and footprints to beginn with
What I'm saying is I would buy it for base price. Like I want to start small. I have a lot of people on my friends list with couple hundred dollar bp's filled with spells. I don't want to jump into high tier spells or anything because I still don't really know how to price spells. I was going to work up slow. Like if I spot a good deal for a high tier hat I'll buy it. I bought a Rotton Footprints Casemaker for 1 key and sold it for 3.
