I had Really bad pneumonia when I was on vacation in cancun. I honestly felt like I was just going to fall to the ground and my bones shatter and die.
In grade 3 I was very sick one day and threw up that morning. I still went to school since I felt better after throwing up but I started to feel very dizzy. In my physical education class when we were passing pucks with hockey sticks to each other, I couldn't see properly anymore. We had to pause to sing the national anthem. In the middle of the anthem, I fainted and hit my chin on the bench. I cut my chin and had to get stitches.
A bad case of the flu, threw up maybe, 5-ish times, haven't really been too sick unless they were colds. In that case I've had a ton of colds.
When I was like 6, I woke up at night and threw up right when I got up. It went all over my room. I got up and went to go to the bathroom to throw up more, but for some reason it kept coming and I threw up all over the bathroom. I'm pretty much dead at this point, so I try to sleep on my couch (I don't wake my parents because it's like 2am and I don't want to wake them). I throw up again while on my couch and at that moment I realized I should probably tell my parents. They took me to the hospital and I had a pretty bad stomach bug. This was in Puerto Rico by the way so I felt like shit. (Btw I'm sick right now, but that time was probably the worst time)
When I was 8 years old was when I was most sick. I have always had very bad lungs, and every single time I get sick it gets me sick in the lungs. However when I was eight it was very different. My Spanish teacher came into class one day when she had a fever. She told us all that she wasn't supposed to be here. I was sitting closest to her in the front row when she started having a coughing fit and she coughed all over me. Sure enough after that I got the Swine Flu (H1N1) virus and was out of school for a couple weeks. Almost simultaneously I got pneumonia. This caused my lungs to stop working, I was down to about 40% on my lung capability when it's supposed to be 90-100. I had to go to the hospital and be put on oxygen. I was on oxygen for like 3-ish months before I got well enough to stop. I had an air tank at home and everything. Because I was so sick I couldn't force myself to down any food. Like I would fake going to the bathroom to spit food into the toilet and flush it down because my parents wanted me to eat. I lost about 20 pounds during this whole thing, and I've always been pretty average height, but I didn't weigh much. So twenty pounds made me unhealthily small. Since I was so sick I basically missed all of 3rd grade. I did it all from home every single day. By the end of the year I had to go in half days to like get my attendance in.
Damn, I've never had anything as bad as you guys have, I do get fairly bad seasonal allergies though, and being a golfer and having spring allergies don't mix to well...
Ooooh you golf? I haven't seen that before, sorry that this is a bit off topic but I find that interesting, never known a golfer.
I'm not the greatest, not good enough to golf at a D2 school... I average around 42 on 9, and 86 on 18.
The worst I've been sick was potentially a bad case of the flu. Other than that, I haven't really gotten sick to anything else.
Either when I had a seizure along with a blood sugar of 21, that or one of times I was admitted to the hospital with asthma/phnuemonia.
