Addressed Suggestion: New maps / New Weapons

Waterworld and Ski Resort used to be maps but were removed because they weren't popular

While we do plan to add the maps in at a later date, there are two problems we find with most of the weapons.

1. They act similar to other weapons that we already have (Molotav Cocktail = Incendiary Grenade)

2. They are easily abused/overpowered (Prop Disguiser can just be used to stall rounds; Nighthawk is stated in the description to be overpowered and wouldn't fit well with the other weapons; Minifier could be used to get under areas Inno's normally can't, thus stalling the round.)

However, the Hermes Boots, Remote Sticky Bomb, and Death Faker all seem like fine weapons and we plan to add them at a later time.
