Need Help.

    I need help. I got a new computer but everytime I hold a button on gmod it wouldnt work same with the voice comunication on the top left i would show my name talking but it would desapear then appear fastly. Any ideas to help me? Okay I just relized that its not only on the game its on the whole computer i need ideas to fix this
