    LADIES AND GENTLEMEN and Cheif Keef! It's time for State's poll, with your host State From Jake Farm! Hey hey hey alright alright alright how's it going everyone and welcome to State's poll I'm State From Jake Farm and tonight's poll is this: Who, in the entire population of Harpoon Gaming, is your favorite Admin/Moderator?! It really is a hard decision because you have those great guys like Koter, Horp, and Microline, but then you got the ones that are just plain goofs like Drex and Cheif. But, at the end of the day, the one that takes the cake and shoots it like the true terrorist he is, 10k. Every time I talk to 10k its just great. When he plays everyone on the server has a good time. Whether he's just spectating or playing, he's awesome either way. GG 10K Hope I can make it back onto the server soon!

    I vote for every staff, admin, server manager, to the owner as the best admin because that all equals to a community. Everyone in the community is great. I never complained about any staff member and hope I won't do it in the future also.

    I think this thread is as hurtful to staff members as a thread where we talked regulars and said which ones we liked and we didn't. I'm not saying that someone can't be closer to certain staff than others, but I think this thread and the concept of doing this is inappropriate.

    When you judge a staff member, you're evaluating their worth. Something really not great to do to someone. All of our staff work their best and have an interest in helping Harpoon. Not everyone's efforts are in the public eye, there's a team of people behind everything that takes place in this community and to point out one is a disservice to the rest.

    P. S. I am aware that members of the @Staff have posted here, I hope my words reach them, it's certainly not impressive to me that they've done a disservice to their fellow staff members.

    Lighten up Joe, this was just a post for fun. So what if someone likes an admin better than the other? If I was admin I know that NO ONE would say my name and i can live with that, I don't seeing as putting anyone down because I think they're smart enough to where it shouldn't. If this DID put them down then they need to remember that they're not doing a bad job because it was your decision whether or not they became mod/admin and you have good judgement. It's just a stupid little thread written by some random nerd. So it really shouldn't be "deemed inappropriate" It's not gonna change my perspective about the people of HG so why should it for anyone else?

    Well everyone isn't the same. I mean I don't have a problem with it because I'm just serving my rights as a Mod. Other people are also trying their best to serve as Mod/Admin. Also you've only been on the TTT server so that's why you might not have checked out the TF2 staff or anyone else. We have a couple of mods/admins which haven't been on for a while and which I think is better than me, but I agree with Joe comparing people from the community is not a great thing sometimes...

    The thoughts you have on this thread don't really dictate other people's thoughts here. Whether or not anyone is put down depends on their own mind. Sure you can avoid being put down by this, but sometimes the little things build up for people, and it can make or break a person. The same logic applies to bullying, for example. You might shake it off, act like its nothing, but in a vast majority of situations, anger builds up until you can't handle it, and have no choice but to do something about it. Sometimes these decisions are bad, and some are good. I've seen both happen, It just depends on your mindset, just like this.

    Because if you try your best and no one recognizes you for it, it's very hurtful.

    You may think you know what goes through people's heads, but you don't and your response only enforces that. My first job is to protect the staff.
