Anyone get a steambox?

    The announcement of steambox releases came out today. Everyone check your email to see if you're one of the lucky 300 to get a steambox!

    Is that any of you?

    Also, anyone going to try to dual boot your PC with SteamOS? I know I will (after finals).

    I have SteamOS running on an older box on my projector.
    It's really geared for the steam controller. And I had to compile some drivers, but its got me excited for its future.

    No, I currently have a decent gaming PC so I do not see the point in buying a steambox. Even though it seems quite practical to have since it takes so little place.

    I wish I got one, but I wasn't cool enough for it :(. Can't wait to see some of the reviews from those lucky enough to have gotten one. I've been excited by this since development was announced. If it ends up allowing user parts replacement that will just make it better. It will probably be a closed unit besides the hard drive but I can always hope.
