As you may all know, Windows 10 came out this past Wednesday. If anyone wants to make comments about this system, this is the place to do it!
It fucked up my dual monitors other than that it's cool Edit: It crashed and fixed itself. I don't know why or how.
Sticking to 8.1. Multiple reasons. 1. My internet is too slow to not take 5 months to install the fucker. 2. I only have the 1 laptop. I don't want to risk something fucking up, especially as I need this laptop for uni. 3. There could be currently unknown bugs and issues. I'll wait until I need a new computer and get Windows 10 as the default once it has completely ironed out and working as it should be.
Great so far. Only thing I had to do is reset my PC because MSVCR100.dll was missing. So it was a headache, but besides that it's all good. (Also I love the new hotkeys they have added to the system and also DX 12!)
I know a lot of people who will think; "Why did they skip Windows 9?" Basically, on websites/software that identify your operating system, the said website/program/potato that is trying to identify your OS is probably going to confuse it for Windows 98 or 95. This would cause errors in the code that these things use.
I Don't Agree With You :3 Windows 10 Is Better But Has Skme Bugs Worth Fixing If You Want The Best Out Of It. Even Links With The Xbox 1(Yes, I Have One)
There IS Bugs That Are Unkown, If Your Going To Go Windows 10 BUT You Worry Anout Ypur Laptop Wait A Bit. Maybe Till You Finish Uni?
