Ban appeal from a 4 refiend spycrab with VenD ⇋HG⇌

Vend (7892091) and I (Scooty Puff Sr). Spycrabbed for 4 refined. Though i may not have any proof of it. What Vend did not tell you was that the spycrab was with my younger brother. I, due to conditions beyond my control am forced to share my account with my siblings. we have only one computer to go around. After my brother ran from the spycrab i offered Vend half of what the original spycrab was. This is true. He then went afk. After this he got me banned from nearly every trading site and server. I then added him and we discussed what could be done. I told him i would give him his full winnings but he declined on the grounds that he doesnt wish to trade with a scammer. This is some of the conversation.
Vend: I am worried that if i accept i will get a tag for trading with a scammer
Me: that is not how it works
Vend: Sorry but no.

Now i am not saying that i am in the right here because i should have offered full price instead of half on my brothers behalf but all i ask is that you appeal the ban because i have learned my lesson and will not make it happen again.

We do not use seperate accounts, we both just use one account and share it though he usually plays Soilder Front and not Team Fortress. If you check my steam page you would see those are the only two games that i own and have ever owned. Thank you for the advice though.

 

Thanks i will try to put that into use now. Seems like its basically too late but hopefully not.
