What people do when staff arent on

I just watched your video, there doesn't seem to be even that much mic spam or talking over each other. Things weren't that bad, and could have been far worse.

I will advise that you be more mindful of your behavior in the future, your commentary didn't really help the situation and I'd recommend improving on your actions if you intend to be staff one day.

I'd also suggest that if you have issues in server, you can contact a staff member, which one of us could have come even during the events, or recording the issue, making it unlisted and forwarding it to me via private message. We'll look into any report of rule breaking, we generally prefer them to be unlisted as it prevents you from being targeted for reporting the users, as well as doesn't misrepresent the HG community.
