I do not but am eager to learn and I have watched how the administrators of hg work alot

What ideas or skill can you provide for the benefit of HG?
A good skill I have is management and availability, I'm also good at descision making and a good listener

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I think I'd be a good staff member as I have no problem enforcing rules, I give a bit of lee-way but if it's taken to far I issue three warning then call on them for it. I am also a very flexible person meaning I can adapt to changes quickly and get along well with almost anyone.

How much time do you think you can spend on forums/servers per day?
6 at minimum

What do you think the current All-Trade staff are doing right?
I think they're doing very well in keeping the servers clean and fun, and making sure most people stay in line with the rules.

What do you think the All-Trade Staff, or Harpoon in general, could work on at this point in time?
I would say enforcing the rules of respecting other players and no mic spam.

Why do you want to become a member of the HG All-Trade team?
I've seen admins do a lot of work on hg trade servers. And I have always wanted to be a member of the hg team as they seem like a fun comunity and they do some outstanding work, and I'd like to be a part of such a magnificent team. And also to keep the servers "fun and fair"
