    When did this event occur?
    Noticed when I got on at about 8:30-8:40PM EST.

    Description
    I got on and noticed ninjastar shoot a man who was doing nothing except walk around and kinda stare at walls. He left right after the map changed so I decided to look back at the old logs and noticed he had been doing this prior to my arrival. I took a couple of pictures of the logs. Feel free to look back at them yourself however. I noticed the others had a couple of instances of RDM themselves but he seemed to be the most unruly of the bunch.     Sorry about the wait on this report @Nuke9998. From what I can see there are two problem starters in the logs from that time. I will be issuing a week ban to ninjastar and robertsenpai. Accepted.
