@iTrade ™ Appeals have recently been posted in very quickly, and we get the information needed. Same with reports, and applications. However, the process to accept them takes longer. We typically do things much more thoroughly then some communities. Each public report, appeal, and staff application, has a private equivalent where only staff can weigh in. Those have hundreds of posts of comments, concerns, questions, and the etc. If it's an easier appeal, then we handle it. If it's an easier report, then we handle it. And if it's an easier staff app, just the same. There's just some that take longer. Given, we're not perfect. No community is. I will admit Public Reports and Staff apps are areas where we can improve.
