Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I don't have any Admin/staff experience from the past and this will be my first time being a staff member of a server if i do get accepted.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
Being polite and mature is really important. When coming to harpoon servers everyday i find myself being nice to others because no one wants a person making others feel bad. I like how the admins/staff members on harpoon do their job and at the same time actually make the server really fun! I notice that being a staff or admin you need to be mature and not joke around when there are serious moments such as someone running away from a spycrab. i have been on harpoon for awhile now and i have learned a lot from the other admins/staff there.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I wanna keep the server fun but at the same time safe. Knowing that now a days there are many people running away from spycrabs, scamming and sharking i would like to be one of the people trying their best to prevent those from happening. I just love helping people who does lots for other people. At the same time when working as a staff member it would be so much fun and having a positive attitude is something i always have!

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
days with school: Around 7 hours
weekends: All day so over 12 hours minimum
i have lots of free time

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
All staff and admins aren't taking advantage of their power for their own good. I like how all staff are nice and keep the server in a very nice way and makes everyone in a good mood. For example, there can be people who become staff and then go to some random trader and be like 'give me a bud or i'll ban you' nothing like that. ALL staff are completely nice and mature about being a staff member.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I really think Harpoon gaming is going very well. All staff are doing really awesome and all of them are super nice and fun to talk to! Only thing I have in mind is when we are having masscrabs! Sometimes when there are masscrabs going on the server can get full and then donors would want to join. When the masscrab starts and there are people (non-donors) who have been waiting quite a bit for the masscrab to start they can get kicked by donors and then the masscrab starts. I know admins turn donor off so this might not be a problem but i was thinking about this. Don't know if this isn't an actual problem but anyways, I think Harpoon is going great and that there isnt that much to improve anything at all. Really awesome server.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I come on Harpoon every single day for so many hours! I have actually met a few friends and i talk with everyone and everyone seems nice and chill. Harpoon isn't just some normal trade server it's a place where you can actually have so much fun at the same time with trading. I would like to be a staff member because i love helping others. People that are with Harpoon does so much for us and uses their own time to make this server a great place. I have been on harpoon for quite awhile now and i wanna get closer with Harpoon by actually becoming a staff member. Besides all the important reasons like helping and keeping trading safe at all times, being a staff would be fun too!
