    Description
    Howdy, I am Alex (Incognito) and I was banned from HG gaming servers for a heavy box a few weeks ago. I've been trying to talk to a admin about the heavy boxing I was banned for. I was in a match with a guy who wanted to practice for fun w/ no bets. Sadly I did not know how the boxing system worked when I was on the main hub TF2 server. He added in a 1 ref bet and at the item I didn't have a single thing. My question is do I still get banned or can I be un-banned for this miscommunication?

    Alright, but I honestly did not see the 1 ref in the duel. What do I need to do to get unbanned?

    He is indeed the victim. In your story through conversations with admins, you claimed that he said in chat that it was a practice and that you said he harassed you via mic.

    After searching through the chat logs, I fail to see any time at which he said it was practice. The victim also does not use voice chat, so it would be impossible for him to harass you. You've changed your story multiple times and it does not seem like you are willing to tell us the truth.

    I've looked through the entirety of the server logs for the day in question, not once did Immortal agree to do a practice round. Infact, at one point you ask him to do a practice round and he explicitly refuses and then asks if you want to do a wagered match.
