Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I was Junior Moderator on a Minecraft Creative server, about 1 year ago. I got accepted because I was helping the owner with building the lobby, and put up a decent application. I was a Jr. Mod there for around 2 months, and afterwards I quit Minecraft. I was also an "un-official" mod on a TTT server, or at least the regular players called me that . I got 5 people who were breaking rules reported and successfully banned.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I am a very creative person and I can juggle many situations at once. If you need me, for some sort of problem on a server etc. I'll attend to it as fast as possible, no questions asked. I'd also be handy for making rough sketches and plans for new maps and map layouts. I'm also trying to teach myself to use Photo editing programs (I use Paint.NET), and very, VERY interested in learning 3D modeling.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
In my opinion I'm pretty responsible when it comes to things I like doing (i.e. playing TF2), and I would definitely not be an aboosive moderator and be pretty formal about things.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
Right now I'm going on Holidays for 2 months, and THEN going back to school with crap-tons of homework, but I would try to get 2-3 hours on weekdays and 4-6 hours on weekends.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I really like the type support the staff gives. For instance, the day of me writing this, the !donor menu was misbehaving, and Eoj Charlie and others were called on to fix it. I also feel comfortable asking a staff member about something, KNOWING I will get a satisfying answer very soon.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I think the HG community needs staff that are online CONSTANTLY. Here's what I mean. One or two people in the morning, one or two at noon when the other admins are gone etc. A schedule, if you will, so that there are no gaps where pesky troublemakers could come and give a difficult time to the other users.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I would like to be a member of staff, because usually whenever I'm on, there are no staff online, and things start to get messy, and mods/admins have to be called in to sort things out. I like it when everything's in order, and I would be online during afternoon times, as most of the other admins/mods come on later in the evening. Sadly, because of school I could not be online during morning/noon hours, but as soon as I come home, I usually turn on my PC and launch TF2.

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
I am, and I have been a successful middleman once already, helping someone transfer items from one account to another.

At the end of a school year, before major holidays and on special occasions I may not be online, for obvious reasons.
