I'm to lazy to write it down since Control Panel doesn't let you copy and paste your specs.

CPU: Central Processing Unit: Commonly referred to as the Processor. It carries out the instructions of a computer program by performing the basic arithmetical, logical, and input/output operations of the system.

GPU: Graphics Processing Unit: Commonly called a graphics card. It is a specialized electronic circuit designed to rapidly manipulate and alter memory to accelerate the creation of images in a frame buffer intended for output to a display. Used mostly for video games.

Motherboard: The big board in your case that everything is plugged into. It's a giant circuit board that combines all of the hardware in your computer.

    Memory: RAM, pretty self explanatory.

Storage: Two kinds: HDD, or Hard-Disk Drive, most common storage drives, use disks to store information and a reader to interpret the information stored on the disks. There's also SSD, which stands for Solid-State Drives, kind of like a flash drive, no moving parts. In technical terms, it is a data storage device using integrated circuit assemblies as memory to store data persistently.

PSU: Power Supply Unit: That big box in your case that has wires running to the motherboard/storage drives/fans/anything needed power.

That's every spec the computer offers, unless your computer has 3 processors and like 7 OS's.
