Staff impersonation.

I am sure he was just joking, however the player was griefing both admins and players alike, along with making racist remarks. He was kicked once for it. When the admin left, He changed his name, offered me a trade, and spammed.

I asked whether I should have made a server report or a fraud report. I was told fraud report, however I really only asked where I should drop a staff impersonation report. didn't really go into detail, so if this is in the wrong location, my bad.
