No, sadly, but we've all gotta start somewhere.

What ideas or skill can you provide for the benefit of HG?
Not necessarily a "skill", but I don't normally need that much sleep, so I'll go to bed a 12AM, and wake up at 6AM, which, is 1AM for Americans, so when most of the other Mods or Admins have gonna to sleep, I can control the remaining players. (Control, I don't know why, but that just felt weird to say)

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I've spent a lot of time on All-Trade, well, All-trade 2, and I've familiarized myself with both the rules of the server, and how Mods and Admins act, I'll probably jump on All-Trade 1 if I do become a member just to see how it's doing as far as enforcement of the rules, but, there's usually 1 to 0 Admins or Mods on at any given time in All-Trade 2, and as such the rules don't tend to be enforced as much as they should be. Due to me being, well, Irish, I'll hop on the server at about 6AM and in the US that'd be 1AM? Course, there's usually no Admins or Mods on to uh, enforce the rules- This's all getting a bit redundant, I'll enforce the rules when other Mods aren't on, due to me being in a different timezone.

What do you think the current All-Trade staff are doing right?
Keeping the peace when they are on, and making sure Trade takes much higher priority over silly Trade-Server Antics.

What do you think the All-Trade Staff, or Harpoon in general, could work on at this point in time?
Some of the staff, at least from what I've seen, are pretty Trigger Happy when I comes to bans, and don't get me wrong, it works, getting banned scares the shit out of most people, but I feel that they could be a little more 'lax with bans. (Also, no, I'm not just salty because I got banned that one time.)

Why do you want to become a member of the HG All-Trade team?
To be honest, most of it is me just enjoying playing on your server, (Singular, at the moment, that of course, will change if I get the position.) and noticing that SOME players aren't to sure of themselves when they press Accept after joining the server.
