Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?:
The only admin experience I have towards gaming servers comes from the time when I've been running an UT2004 CustomDM server (Jul. 2011 - Dec. 2012).

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?:
Skills
I am a very calm and jolly person, so I am easily able to deal with troublemakers in a proper manner. Furthermore, I am also quite communicative and I love to help whoever needs a hand. My love for all kinds of communication have led me to take a course foreign language studies - Which today allows me to speak four languages fluently ; French, English, Finnish and Estonian. I am also studying Spanish, so I can engage in a short and clear conversation with a Spanish-speaking person via text. Said shorter, the main skills I could use as a moderator are my patience and my communication capabilities.

Ideas
I absolutely despise bad vibes in a server. I will most certainly do my best in order to keep a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the PropHunt server. That will allow our guests to remember it as a good and friendly place. I'd also like to add that I love planning all sorts of amusing events, so I may throw in a party with some temporary modifications to the server every once in a while. I believe that'd encourage the participating players to come back more often to see what else we can throw to bring up the fun.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?:
As I said, I am a very friendly person, and I'm sure that I'll be able to solve any conflict or quarrel within the server in a chill and peaceful way. I could also use my words to guide any new player and give him the warm feeling of being welcomed and taken care of in a matter of minutes. But that does not prevent me from being a serious young man who does what needs to be done. If a member of the staff counts on me towards any matter, I will make sure not to disappoint that person. I am also regularly online and ready to take off in order to overwatch the server, most likely each evening during working days and all day long at week-ends.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?:
From Monday to Friday, I can spend a couple of hours each evening on the server/forums. During the week-end, I can be here all day long. If something is wrong, I will be sure to notify my absence to the other members of the staff with as much detail as I can provide about my nonattendance.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?:
To be fair, I have yet to spend more time with you guys in order to uncover any flaw, since I am a quite recent member of Harpoon Gaming. But for now, I think that you all do an excellent job. I do like the community as it is now.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?:
I often go on PropHunt with some friends after a long day of work. I like this server and I would like to thank HG by providing my help for it. And I thought this was the best way to do so. Also, the staff is really nice and I'd like to be part of that happy crew.
