New TF2 Update!

Looks like weapons can now have effects just like hats. Also a rare golden sniper rifle is shown. As more information is leaked please post it here!

I know many people will argue against me but I think the game will die in a few years unless they do some BIG update such as a new class.

It's survived for so long without getting new classes, so that won't effect it. People mainly want class centered updates that includes NEW weapons, not ones with effects or stranges.

Ermagawd golden AWP 2cod4u

Valve needs to stop making reskins and actually add weapons with new stats. There are plenty of good workshop items they could use. All they need to do is think of some new stats they can have. How hard can it be?

If the 2013 christmas update is going to be another hat, crate and keys update i will be severely dissapointed. There are over twice as many hats than weapons in the game now, which is becoming stupid as there are only 3 cosmetic slots per character.

I could rant 5ever about this but im going to stop here

I could think of some amazing stats for some of the workshop weapons... There is actually a Medi-Gun that looks like a Thompson. I think the stats should be this:

Healing targets restores 25% ammo to their clips and reserves.
Healing speed reduced by 50%.
Ubercharge causes you to take 25% less damage from all sources and your heal target restores 50% ammo per second.
Ubercharge duration reduced by 75%. (Making it last for like 3 seconds.)

I can also go on and on about other items for the workshop items... But you know. I won't.
