Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I've been a super-admin on a Terraria server since March 2013 and I've been a 'helper' (basically Jr Admin) on a Garry's Mod DarkRP server. I have been taught admin skills and know not to abuse my powers.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
Having dealt with several different kinds of admin situations in different contexts, I think I can bring my admin diversity to the table. I've had experience in dealing with all kinds of different players and no matter where they're from, I think I'll be able to calm them down or stop them from doing the wrong thing.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
Being on TF2 for over 6 months has taught me alot of things and I'm going to try and utilize those things as my position in staff. I believe that seeing and observing the other admins has given me experience, and I will do everything in my power to help make the server a better place.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
From about 6 o'clock on to 9 o'clock (unless is a holiday) and as much time as possible during the weekends.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
The staff are very calm and considerate if someone's doing something wrong. They won't get mad and yell/abuse their powers, and they clearly have experience with staff. All in all, the staff are a brilliant group of people doing NEARLY everything right. In my OPINION.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
The one improvement that comes to my mind is that sometimes the staff can get...how should I say it, 'visibly annoyed'. When you're a staff member, you have to be as calm as possible, and the staff do that whenever they can: 99.9% of the time. But that extra 00.1% is there, and I'm sure with a bit of ironing it could disappear.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I mainly want to become staff so that if someone's doing something wrong, such as micspamming or spawncamping and the staff are offline/AFK, I want to be able to DO something about that person.

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
I am fully capable of holding onto items for people during spycrabs/heavy boxing events.

Apart from that Harpoon Gaming is the one of the best, if not THE best TF2 communities I've ever experience, I don't think there's anything.
