Tell us why you should be a staff member
I feel as though I am qualified enough to be an HG staff member. I'm a regular on the servers and have never had a problem with anyone while on the servers. I'm familiar with a lot of the regular users and staff members, as well as most, if not all, of the policies and procedures that are carried out. I also try to help keep the servers in order as much as I possibly can before calling an Admin to mediate a situation. I have previous admin experience, so I am familiar with the right and wrong ways to handle certain situations and would never act upon impulse.

 

I was the Chief Security Officer for Shinozaki Servers. They're not well known on TF2 as they have just recently created their servers on here, but they have servers on Garry's Mod, No More Room in Hell, Killing Floor and Insurgency. I was an Admin there for about a year and just recently resigned.

 

CSO responsibilities included (but were not limited to):
- Reviewing VIP/Admin applications as well as promoting/demoting Admins.
- Conducting new Admin training and monitoring them during their two-week trainee period.
- Looking over all Admins and players, in-game or through NFO.
- Conducting investigations regarding Admin abuse, hacking..things of that nature.
- Managing Sourcebans, reviewing all bans/gags/mutes making sure there were comments and/or evidence.
- Creating/managing social media pages and the forum.
- Working closely with the CEO and COO on ban appeals.
Basically, I was there to make sure everything was running smoothly. I was a bridge between the players and Admins. All, if not most, of the problems regarding an Admin or a player were passed down to me and I would mediate.
