Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I have been a forum moderator at many communities. I am currently a Community Manager at RainBox and 3kliksphilip. This basically means that I manage the forums and handle Moderator/Administrator Applications. Please refer to my small cv. http://pastebin.com/sMxGyVCR

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I have good communicative skills - a wide variety of langauges - which include English, Dutch, French and a little bit of German. I am very good with any type of Forum control panel.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I am very experienced. I know my way around on forums and I'm always active. I have good communicative skills and I like helping people out when necessary. I am a person with a lot of devotion and I find myself quite mature when doing so. I am a teamplayer and I always listen to my boss. I am not afraid to challenge a difficult task.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
4-5 hours, maybe more.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
They are really friendly and genuine. They work together as a team and that is one of the key parts a staff team needs. They are also really devoted and they handle reports at a good pace.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
Forum activity - I have seen a lot of staff members on the forums, but some are not really active. It is easy to improve on this.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I would love to help Harpoon Gaming out and its members. I love moderating and helping. As said before, I am a teamplayer who is not scared to face difficult tasks.
