No i don't have experience as Moderator or Admin but i have team managing experience.

What ideas or skill can you provide for the benefit of HG?
Improving the gaming community for harpoon gaming severs. Adding whats needed in the harpoon servers and improving how things should be handled in situations based on circumstances. I myself see these problems but some staff members don't handle it how it should be done. I am looking to provide extra hours of my time to make the servers better and to populate them with good players and traders in our community. As i always try something new i am always looking to get better personally in many different ways for our community.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I have been in JROTC Air force and i been disciplined a lot in my years and i took the responiblity of Leadership in Action. I coached and managed teams for soccer and i know what it takes to help people out on improving whats necessary. I am always looking to learn from other staff members and i am always willing to strive for my personal best to get better and to improve to safely secure our servers from bad people and those who don't follow our rules.

How much time do you think you can spend on forums/servers per day?
All Night.

What do you think the current All-Trade staff are doing right?
I believe they are trying and doing there own best to improve to keep players and traders from fighting and agruing on Harpoon Servers. They make sure players and traders enforce the rules on the server to keep it them safe from any situation or cause on the server. Some admins banned people for disobeying and not listening to what has to be followed or done by the admin in the rules. I find it necessary that they do that for a reason because if you don't do anything about it than they think they could do whatever they want.

What do you think the All-Trade Staff, or Harpoon in general, could work on at this point in time?
Always improving servers and how to keep all severs populated. The staff could improve and make the severs much fun in different ways. Such as hosting events and travia which could make it much fun in a trading server.

Why do you want to become a member of the HG All-Trade team?
Reasons why i want to become moderator. To improve whats needed most on our servers. To make the server much fun and populated. To stop main causes of situations based on a matter. Always looking to learn and to improve myself and from others apart of the staff community.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?
When it comes to fun, i always look at the outcome and income how things are supposed to be going.
