Do you have a mic and do you use it?
Yes I do.

Do you have any previous experience, if so, when and where?
I don't have any previous experience on Team Fortress 2 servers.

What ideas or skill can you provide for the benefit of HG?
I can make the server much easier to advertise and speak. Doing this you may ask is, muting and kicking. Preferably I don't like to mute and kick people just because I don't like being mean, but when the time is right I will. I can help middleman spy crabs for people to wager their items more. I can also help dealing with hackers/cheaters, or scammers/sharkers. I have a lot of experience in this game so I know what I am doing.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I think I can be a good staff member for multiple reasons, some listed above. But the main one I would associate with is helping players. I notice that a lot of players need help with trading, other players or their reasons of some sort.

How much time do you think you can spend on forums/servers per day?
I can spend up to multiple hours, usually in the range of 2-4.

What do you think the current All-Trade staff are doing right?
I think the current staff is doing perfectly with their work. It is very effective and a lot of them handle most situations right. Such as dealing with scammers,mic spammers, having fun with people. I think they do a very nice job.

What do you think the All-Trade Staff, or Harpoon in general, could work on at this point in time?
A lot of harpoon staff takes some things too seriously. Such as someone accidently speaks on the mic when another person is talking, they would lecture us about 1 at the time on the mic. And some of them can go way too far for muting the whole server for 20 minutes because someone accidently spoke on the mic.

Why do you want to become a member of the HG All-Trade team?
Because I feel like at certain points we could use a little bit more staff on servers, because a lot of people disrespect harpoon rules when admins aren't online. When this is happening, I commonly would type "!calladmin" to solve the problem.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?
I am just reapplying. I was told to be more respectful to other users and I feel like I have been better then I was before.
