Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?:
I have had other experiences as a staff member. I was on a bunch on Minecraft, not that I play anymore. But I use to be a staff on multiple of my friends servers, x10 servers, and randomizers. I don't normally know all of the commands as a administrator but if you give them to me I can easily keep it in my memory. In these servers, I have been banning multiple hackers, mic spammers, as well as muting them in the first place. I have told squeakers to not use there mic and if they refused I will mute them but they are complete idiots and don't give a ****.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?:
I can bring help to the community by respecting other players and staff and showing what to do and what not to do which can also be a huge help if you think about it. I can help f2p's or new users guide there way around the area or just tf2 in general so they get a basic idea of how and not to disrespect the server rules. I can also answer tons of questions to the users who need questions answerd, I can help spy crab, and things of that nature.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?:
Because I think helping around the community can be very helpful to other people and I can also play games with the users just for fun. Respecting the rules is a immediate priority in playing games or just life in general. Things will turn out bad if you don't respect them. So I will tell people the rules, and tell them to follow it or I will mute, kick, and ban. (If I can).

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?:
I spend around a couple of hours on the servers not that much on the forums though. But if I become staff I will spend more time on the forums.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?:
I think they could improve the rules. The rules are also very strict in this community whch most players don't like. Some things people do is they read the rules, and not understand them or just don't read them. When they break it they explain to the fourms that they did nothing wrong because this never happens on any other server.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?:
Because I like helping the community. I also just want to be recognized for someone who actually did something. And also I see a bunch of things that happen but I never am able to actually do anything about it which irritates me.
