    If you have a paypal go to the donate tab and click donate by paypal, click the one the one you want then you will be sent to your paypal and asked to put in the account information. I don't know the rest because I have not done it :/.

    @DylanIsBlack - If you just want to donate for in-game perks, I'll advise you to buy a key from steam market - Go in-game and trade an admin and have your donation perks activate quicker. By going through PayPal you'll probably have to wait 3-4 days before getting it in-game.

    I recommend, as tissue said above, to just buy keys from the market. Save your time. It's been over a month since you've posted this thread. In that time you could've bought 2 keys and waited out the trading penalty. However, you have noted the staff about the problem, so that's good.
