Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I have been an admin in 2 Minecraft Servers before and i have hosted a tf2 server once before for a short while so i know alot about the commands, tools, and restrictions

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
Skills, I Can be very helpful in the server for people who need help with trading tips and advice especially for people who are new to trading and i can guide those who need help . Im patient and nice

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I was encouraged by an admin who thinks i have i have what it takes and i thought about it for a little while now im giving it a shot, its a great experience from what ive learned in the MC servers , and its a wonderful feeling to successfully help people and to make sure people are having a great time in the servers and there is no issues.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
6-10 Hrs (Given its summer) and when school starts I'd say about 5-8 Hours ,i will be on ALOT to fufull this.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
Most likely being awesome, and making the right descisions to a situation. To elaborate, The current staff in harpoon they are all very nice and cool to hang out with and are really hilarious,they arent rude or mean to anybody and punish the people who are. Second, I notice alot when there is an issue for example Mic Spammer,Admin Ignoring, Gambling issues(Spy crab ,boxing) the admins always know just the right thing to do. there was a mic spammer a little while ago spamming random stupidity into the mic, yelling, making noises ect. and while everyone is just raging in the chat "BAN HIM BAN HIM" the admins simply mute him. and after the mute timer is up he has a chance to learn his lesson and stop instead of the insta ban and alot of the time they do and they stop. Kudos to you admins

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
Nothing really, except for a couple times when there is a small issue and there is no admin on duty but we can always just call an admin over so its no big deal.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
Mostly What i explained in the "Why do you think you would be a good staff member?" column, I really enjoy helping people and I seriously dont mind taking the time out of my day in return to making anothers day better. And I know i will be very active on the server so I think IF i could join the staff, i would make sure there could always be an Staff member on duty.

Yes, I am certain I am.
