Since August 1st, I can't be able to play TF2 for more then 30 minutes because of this so called.
"An Issue on your computer is blocking the VAC system. You can not play on VAC secured servers..."

This has happen to me a couple times a while back, and it somehow fixes itself.
But right now I can bearly do anything to fix this.

I've been looking at steam support, trying to look for help, searching the internet for solutions. nothing works.
Restarting Steam and my PC seems to work, but only for a while. Then I get kicked with the same message over and over again

I really need help on this issue I'm having, I am currently in a trading session and this is becoming a problem since 8/1

    Any solutions?

Obviously something is starting at some point after you restart your computer that VAC doesn't like. Hence the reason why after a restart it works fine for a little bit. Are you sure your a/v is not causing the issue(most cases it is)? Exclude/whitelist the entire Steam folder and see if that fixes the issue.

Also another thing to consider is that VAC DOES NOT like Cheat Engine. If you have that running you should close it.

Just for you to know. Ever since I installed "IObit Malware Fighter" it has been doing this since I've installed it

Have you tried uninstalling IObit temporarily to test if that's the case? If not, I recommend doing so. If that's not the case, you might need to take the time to run through all your third party programs that run on startup and check them off one by one in an attempt to see which one is the problem (remove one program from "launch on startup" prior to restart with all other third party programs used set to "launch on startup"> restart > play TF2 and see if you get the same message within a half hour > repeat same process by enabling the same program to "launch on startup" and one other different program so it doesn't "launch on startup" > keep repeating until one program gives the VAC error and then remove it).

Anything you've installed that did not come back default with a fresh OS installation.

Just uninstall iobit. It has already been proven to be a problem with Steam.

I know this might be a silly suggestion, but have you tried uninstalling and installing Steam itself?

EDIT: Restore to earlier point before IOBit was installed could also help.
