You have repeatedly disrespected multiple staff members via text and voice chat. You've mocked and insulted staff on at least 3 separate occasions.

Most recently, you took to using the word niggardly, and while this word is not a racist term, nor would its use be forbidden on our server, your use of it was purely to try to cause issue, and not within proper context of the word. It has been clear to us that you are trying to use racist terminology, as shown to us via chat logs, and bans you have on other communities.

Moreover, you recently were speaking over people. You were muted and warned, I believe you may have been kicked for continuing. Your response was to call the admin a '******' and leave the server.

Lastly, your conversations with regulars and admins have regularly shown you have little regard for the others on our servers, the staff of this community, and this community itself. We like to welcome people of all kinds here, and our rules are more strict than many, but we're trying to provide a better experience than most. If you're the kind of person that doesn't like rules, that doesn't like how we're running our community, you are free to go elsewhere. I don't mean that with any hostility or malice. I get that some people don't like rules or regulations, or communities where admins are active and punish rule breakers. That is fine, but I do have issue with users that constantly break our rules, insult our staff, and say that they hate this community's rules, admins, environment, but constantly join our servers, and if they get banned, they appeal.

If you'd like to appeal, that's fine, I'll gladly review it. I am more than fine if you explain your actions. But if we do accept your appeal, I expect you to change your attitude. Disagreement with a staff member is fine. If you think a staff member is overstepping, you can talk to them civilly, you can speak to me or Nimajin about it if you feel it has escalated. But to blatantly disrespect them and this community all the while reaping the benefits this community offers will not be acceptable.
