    Why were you banned?
    I was banned as I ran from a spycrab.
    I was unable to accept the trade, as it wouldn't show up for me.

    Why should Harpoon grant your appeal?
    I was having issues with the trade, as no notification showed up until a few attempts in.
    I was banned shortly after I got into the trade.
    Now I did refuse to pay after that, in a fit of anger, and would like to repay.
